Shlomit Heller is a licensed clinical esthetician with over 20 years of clinical experience and is also the co-founder of San Francisco’s Beauty Network, a beauty supply store and dermal hygiene skin care clinic that has been in the city’s Richmond District for over 25 years.

Shlomit carefully selects and uses scientifically-proven products and treatments in her practice and makes it a point to carry several pharmaceutical-grade skincare lines so that she can recommend the most appropriate products for her clients. She always begins each visit with a thorough evaluation and customizes the clinical treatment session to meet the individual needs of her clients. She employs a full range of treatments—chemical peels, Silk Peel, and facials—to address various skin concerns related to aging, acne, sun-damage, rosacea, and more. Shlomit can also prescribe a customized skincare regime tailored to each client's needs as part of the consultation. She is also an expert in hair removal using a unique waxing method that minimizes pain and reduces the likelihood of ingrown hairs.

Shlomit strives to be aware of the latest news and developments in her field through her own research and by attending continuing education conferences on a regular basis. She has long-been an advocate of pure and natural ingredients and in 1995 was the first esthetician in San Francisco to carry the award-winning Jane Iredale Skin Care Makeup line, which is endorsed by the Skin Cancer Foundation. Shlomit takes the time to educate her clients on both external and internal factors that influence the skin’s condition and believes in a holistic approach—she emphasizes a sensible, balanced lifestyle in addition to a good skincare regime in order to achieve glowing, healthy skin.
